"A New Way of

    Being Church"

Please note, that in line with Government restrictions, St Andrew’s Church will be closed for public worship throughout November. We will however be open for socially-distanced private prayer and foodbank & HAB donations. Please check the 'News' page for up-to-date opening times.

The Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of England have urged everyone to follow the instructions given by the Prime Minister, but they called on the Church to “continue to pray, to love, to care for the vulnerable”. We will keep you informed of any further developments, but please check the websites for the Church of England and Public Health England for the latest information regarding the current situation:

Next Service:

COLLECT FOR 29th NOVEMBER

Almighty God,

give us grace to cast away the works of darkness

and to put on the armour of light,

now in the time of this mortal life,

in which your Son Jesus Christ came to us in great humility;

that on the last day,

when he shall come again in his glorious majesty

to judge the living and the dead,

we may rise to the life immortal;

through him who is alive and reigns with you,

in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

one God, now and for ever.
