    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How large is the hall ?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Does the hall have WIFI ?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What type of information is collected from you ?
    The personal information we collect might include your name, home address, telephone number, email address, information regarding services or events you have expressed interest in, and your relationship to other church members. If you make a donation to us, either regularly via the Parish Giving Scheme, or as a one off via cheque or digital banking, your financial information is not held by us but is processed by the relevant bank/s who have their own secure data processing systems.

    Your information may be accessed by the Parish Administrator, the Vicar, the Stewardship Treasurer and the Treasurer. We will not sell, rent or give your information to third parties, and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may pass your information to third parties for the purposes of processing donations, however we will only disclose personal information that is necessary for the processing of such information.
  • How is your information used ?
    We may use your information to: Send you communications that you have requested and additional communications that may be of interest to you (these may include information about our events and special services); Process a donation that you have made; Seek your views or comments on changes being considered; Send you information about any rotas you are volunteering for or any working parties you have volunteered for; Process and communicate with you regarding any Hall Bookings you make.
